City Care Ministry Serving Form 2024 • Church Hill Anglican

Our next City Care Lunch for 2024 will be held on Sunday 1st December, and will be a Christmas Celebration with sit down BBQ lunch at St Philip's, as well as 'Bags of Love' gifts for our guests.

Could you help in one or more of the following ways?

Collect and fill a 'Bag of Love': available from church from Sunday 3 November
Bringing a salad or dessert
Bring a platter of fruit (cut into pieces that can be served with tongs please)
Helping in the kitchen or serving food
Helping with set up on the day (including moving and setting up furniture)
Helping in the shop on the day
Mingling and socialising with guests on the day
Helping with pack up and clean up at the end of the lunch (including moving furniture)

While you could simply turn up to help on the day, it helps us to know who's coming. If possible, please indicate your interest in serving in the form below, and we will be in touch soon with further information.
