If you use the 1 York Street parking garage on a Sunday, and would like to continue parking there, please read the following Conditions of Use:
By receiving a parking access swipe card to 1 York Street parking garage, I agree to the following:
- I will only park at 1 York St on Sundays between the hours of 7am-10pm, unless otherwise notified
- I will not park in bays marked Life Blood on level B3 (as these are reserved 7 days a week for blood donors)
- I agree to pay a deposit of $30 plus GST for one swipe card. This deposit will be returned to me in full when I return the undamaged swipe card to the Church Hill office
- Should I lose the swipe card, it becomes damaged or is stolen, I will notify the Church Hill office immediately. I will therefore lose my initial deposit and need to pay another deposit for a replacement swipe card
- If I cease to be a member of the Parish of Church Hill, I will return the swipe card to the Church Hill office
- I understand and agree that both the operators of 1 York Street and the Parish of Church Hill may cancel the swipe card at any time without reason
- I accept liability for any damage I cause to the car park, the 1 York Street property or to any other vehicle
- I agree for the Church Hill office to retain these details in a secure database
If you agree with the above conditions, you will be required to sign a Conditions of Use form and pay the $30 plus GST deposit. Please complete the form below to let us know you would like to receive a parking access swipe card.
