Bridge Building to Anxious Generations

Since the 1950s, each successive generation of Australians is suffering worse mental health than the generations before them. And members of Gen Z—born in the late 90s and 2000s—are not only the most anxious generation yet, but are seeming not to improve as they age. What is it about the waters our younger generations are swimming in that is producing such high levels of anxiety and mental ill health? Ali will offer some insights into this question, alongside some practical ideas for building a bridge to the young people in your life so that you can be a resource in turbulent conditions.

I'm coming!
